Mibavademab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells that specifically targets the leptin receptor (LEPR/CD295) . Mibavademab is composed of a human IgG4SP hinge-stabilized heavy chain and a human kappa (huκ) light chain, possesses a predicted molecular weight of 145.58 kDa. Mibavademab can be used in studies about the treatment of congenital leptin deficiency.
