ING-1 (heMab) is a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (Ep-CAM) . This compound acts as a transmembrane glycoprotein mediated by Ca2+. ING-1 binds to Ep-CAM on tumor cells, demonstrating potent in vitro activity to target and inhibit tumor growth and metastasis in mouse cancer models.
