Asedebart

Asedebart is a humanized antibody expressed in CHO cells, targeting adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) . It acts by antagonizing and blocking the binding of ACTH to its receptor. Asedebart features a huIgG1 heavy chain and huκ light chain, with a predicted molecular weight (MW) of 145 kDa. For isotype controls, human IgG1 kappa can be referred to as a comparator. Asedebart is utilized in research focused on inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis and ulcerative colitis.
