Bioactivity
Anafiltamig is a trivalent monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting CD79B, CD3E, and MS4A1. It consists of a humanized IgG1? anti-CD79B arm and a bispecific scFv arm targeting CD3E and MS4A1. Anafiltamig can simultaneously bridge T cells and B cells, thus activating T cells to selectively kill B-cell tumors. This compound is applicable for research on B-cell malignancies, such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
