AMG-966 can restore the ability of the aglycosylated Fc domain to bind Fc?RIa and Fc?RIIa, which leads to the formation of antidrug antibodies (ADA) . It is applicable for research in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Recommended isotype control: HumanIgG1kappa, Isotype Control.
