PTX-35 is a human IgG monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets TNFRSF25. In mouse melanoma models, PTX-35 reduces the suppressive activity of regulatory T cells and enhances the effector response of CD4+ T cells. It is applicable in research on islet cell transplant rejection and solid tumors. Recommended isotype control: HumanIgG1kappa, Isotype Control.
