LASN01 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting IL-11RA. It inhibits the release of hyaluronic acid (HA) induced by IGF-1 and IL-11 in orbital fibroblasts, as well as TGFβ-stimulated procollagen. LASN01 is applicable for research on thyroid eye disease (TED) . Recommended isotype control: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control.
