Camptothecin-d5 is a deuterated derivative of Camptothecin (CPT), an alkaloid and an inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase I (Topo I) with an IC50 value of 679 nM. Camptothecin (CPT) exhibits potent antitumor activity against colorectal, breast, lung, and ovarian cancers by modulating the expression pattern of miRNA and regulating the activity of hypoxia-inducible factor-1? (HIF-1?) in human cancer cells.
