SR1555 hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt form of SR1555. It acts as an inverse agonist for the retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor ? (ROR?), with an IC50 of 1 ?M. This compound inhibits the development and function of pro-inflammatory TH17 cells while increasing the frequency of anti-inflammatory regulatory T (Treg) cells. SR1555 hydrochloride is utilized in research related to autoimmune diseases.
