HSR-IN-1

HSR-IN-1 (Compound 28) is an effective inhibitor of hSR (human serine racemase), displaying a Kd of 5.4 μM and an IC50 of 18.3 μM in the presence of the cofactor Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate. When used alone, the IC50 of HSR-IN-1 is 4.7 μM. This compound is utilized in the research of central nervous system diseases.
