It demonstrates cytotoxicity towards human pancreatic cancer cells, MIA PaCa-2, with an IC50 value of 77.9 nM, and shows high affinity for the human telomeric G-quadruplex with a Kd of 1.72 μM. H2S probe 1 is utilized for cancer research.
