RO-76 is a selective partial agonist for the mu opioid receptor (muopioid receptor (?OR) ) . It binds to the ?OR-G-protein complex with an EC50 value of 454 nM. RO-76 reduces the recruitment of ?-Arrestin-1/2 and exhibits analgesic properties.
