AntibioticDC 102 is a novel glycosylated pyrrole (1,4) benzodiazepine-class antibiotic targeting Bacillus subtilis, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 42 ?g/mL. The lethal dose 50 (LD50) in mice, when administered intraperitoneally (i.p), is 1.5 mg/mL.
