PFI-7 is a probe that binds to human GID4 with a dissociation constant (KD) of 79 nM, antagonizing the binding of Pro/N-degron determinants peptides. It is useful in the study of the C-terminal to LisH (CTLH) complex and the development of targeted protein degradation.
