Bioactivity
PROTAC CDK4/6 degrader 1 (Compound 7f) is a dual degrader of CDK4 and CDK6, with DC50 values of 10.5 nM and 2.5 nM, respectively. This compound effectively inhibits proliferation in Jurkat cells (IC50 of 0.18 ?M), induces cell cycle arrest during the G1 phase, and triggers cell apoptosis (apoptosis) .
