α-Glucosidase-IN-68, also known as Compound 2, acts as an inhibitor of α-glucosidase (α-Glucosidase), AChE, and BChE, with IC50 values of 0.251 μM, 0.774 μM, and 0.793 μM respectively. The compound has demonstrated antioxidative capabilities, with IC50 values of 0.69 μM in DPPH assays and 0.02 μM in ABTS tests. Furthermore, α-Glucosidase-IN-68 exhibited anti-diabetic effects in a Streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model.
