Antitumor agent-171 (Compound 35) acts as an inhibitor of the ?-catenin/BCL9 interaction, with an IC50 of 1.61 ?M. It suppresses the expression of the axin2 gene, demonstrating an IC50 value of 0.84 ?M, and exhibits high affinity for ?-catenin with a Kd of 0.63 ?M. Additionally, Antitumor agent-171 inhibits the viability of HCT116 cells with an IC50 of 4.39 ?M. It activates T cells, enhances antigen presentation, and shows antitumor activity and favorable pharmacokinetic properties in murine models.
