Cyanopindolol is a ?3-adrenergic receptor antagonist that also acts as a potent and selective antagonist at presynaptic serotonin autoreceptors in the rat cerebral cortex. It exhibits binding affinity for 5-HT1A and 5-HT1B receptors (Ki: 2.1 nM and 3 nM, respectively) .
