MTX-531 is a selective inhibitor of EGFR and PI3K with IC50 of 14.7 ? nM and 1.1-233 ?nM (PI3K?, PI3K?...), respectively. It also acts as a weak agonist of PPAR?, with an EC50 of 3.4 ?M in 293H cells.
