Colterol acetate is a selective β-adrenergic receptor inhibitor that relaxes tracheal smooth muscle primarily through β2 receptors, reduces subspastic contractions of tricholoma (acting on β2), and enhances the contractility of left ventricular papillary muscles by targeting β1 receptors.
