1-Palmitoleoyl-2-hydroxy-sn-glycero-3-PC, a lysophospholipid, enhances cAMP production in human pancreatic ? cells. This effect is inhibitable by the GPR55 antagonist CID-16020046 (Item No.15247) or the GPR119 antagonist C8. Additionally, it boosts glucose-stimulated insulin secretion within these cells, a response that CID-16020046 or C8 can diminish.
