WNTinib (APS-8-100-2), a multi-kinase inhibitor, selectively targets ?-catenin (CTNNB1) mutated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and impedes oncogenic Wnt signaling. It achieves this by inhibiting KIT/MAPK and subsequent activation of EZH2 [1].
