PI3Kα-IN-16 (Z86) is a recently developed inhibitor of PI3Kα, displaying an IC 50 of 4.28 μM. With potent efficacy, it inhibits the growth and migration of CRCs mediated by PI3K. Additionally, PI3Kα-IN-16 also suppresses the Wnt signaling pathway [1].
