DdCTP trilithium is one of the 2',3'-dideoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphates (ddNTPs) that acts as a chain-elongating inhibitor of DNA polymerase for DNA sequencing. It is a nucleoside analog targeting the reverse transcriptase of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and can be used for AIDS research [1] [2].
