BChE-IN-20

BChE-IN-20 (compound 7c) is a potent and selective inhibitor of BChE, with IC50 values of 105 nM for eqBChE and 2.3 nM for hBChE. It also inhibits P glycoprotein with an IC50 of 0.27 ?M. BChE-IN-20 serves as a promising template for the design and development of pharmaceutical BChE-selective ligands, including inhibitors and fluorogenic probes.
