Bioactivity
PI3K?-IN-14 (compound F8), a potent PI3K? inhibitor, exhibits an IC50 value of 0.14 nM and significantly reduces mitochondrial membrane potential, leading to G1 phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in U87-MG cells. It also shows substantial antiproliferative effects against various tumor cell lines, including PC-3 (IC50 of 0.28 ?M), HCT-116 (IC50 of 0.57 ?M), and U87-MG (IC50 of 1.37 ?M) [1].
