Tegoprubart is an investigational anti-CD40L monoclonal antibody that functions by potently inhibiting the CD40-CD40L costimulatory signaling pathway, thereby resulting in a reduction of both cellular and humoral immune responses, as well as the promotion of immunological tolerance, with preclinical data demonstrating significant efficacy in transplant models.
