Casdozokitug

Casdozokitug is an IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to interleukin-27 (IL-27) and functions as a first-in-class human anti-IL-27 research compound designed to inhibit the immunosuppressive activity of this cytokine. Casdozokitug demonstrates particular relevance in tumor types where IL-27 contributes to the establishment of an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies, thereby offering a novel immunology research tool.
