Retro-indolicidin

Retro-indolicidin, a synthetic analog of the cathelicidin-derived antimicrobial peptide-amide indolicidin, comprises a reversed 13-amino acid sequence isolated from bovine neutrophil cytoplasmic granules. This reverse peptide, known as Rev4, demonstrates potent antimicrobial and protease inhibitory properties in vitro.
