Petosemtamab promotes EGFR signaling disruption and receptor breakdown in LGR5+ cancer cells. Petosemtamab can be used in the study of solid tumors such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) .
