Pradimicin A (PRM-A) is a compound with potent antifungal capabilities, demonstrating a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 4 ?g/mL against Candida rugosa. It also exhibits antiviral activity against viruses such as CoV, HIV, and other enveloped viruses. Additionally, Pradimicin A possesses the ability to aggregate and specifically recognize d-Man in the presence of Ca2+ ions [1] [2].
