Denileukin diftitox

Denileukin diftitox (DAB 389IL-2), a fusion protein toxin combining diphtheria toxin (DT) and interleukin 2 (IL-2), selectively depletes cells with the high-affinity IL-2 receptor (IL-2R), specifically CD25.
