Bioactivity
GSK761, a selective inhibitor of speckled 140 kDa (SP140), exhibits an IC50 value of 77.79 nM. It impedes the differentiation of monocytes into inflammatory macrophages and attenuates lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -induced inflammatory activation. Furthermore, GSK761 promotes the generation of CD206+ regulatory macrophages through the inhibition of SP140.
