Ovalbumins

Ovalbumins is a kind of protein extracted from egg white. Ovalbumins are abundant proteins synthesized in the fallopian tubes treated with estrogen or progesterone. Ovalbumins have antihypertensive, antibacterial, anti-cancer, antioxidant and immunomodulatory activities. Ovalbumins are usually used as markers for studying the control of gene expression in this tissue by hormones.
