Bioactivity
EGFRWT/T790M-IN-3 is an irreversible, covalent inhibitor of EGFRWT and EGFRT790M with IC50 values of 28.1 nM and 24.6 nM, respectively. It also inhibits tubulin polymerization, exhibiting an IC50 of 5.1 ?M. EGFRWT/T790M-IN-3 demonstrates significant antiproliferative effects on HCT116 and T47D cells, with IC50 values of 3.12 ?M and 4.12 ?M, respectively. This compound is applicable in research pertaining to cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer, colon cancer, and breast cancer.
