Aminochalcone 4AAF is a neuroprotective agent that exhibits anxiolytic effects through its interaction with GABAA and 5-HT receptors. It shows high selectivity for 5-HT3A and 5-HT2C receptors and modulates allosteric behavior at the 5-HT2A receptor.
