Etheno-NAADP (Nicotinic acid 1, N6-ethenoadenine dinucleotide phosphate) sodium is a fluorescent derivative of NAADP. It efficiently stimulates Ca2+ release in sea urchin egg homogenates, exhibiting an EC50 of 5 µM, with excitation/emission wavelengths of 275/410 nm.
