It enhances the interaction between CRBN and ZBTB16, as well as its oncogenic fusion protein RAR?-ZBTB16, with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) of 103 nM for ZBTB16. CC-647 holds potential for studying ZBTB16-RAR? related acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) .
