It serves as a fluorescent substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -catalyzed deposition, making it useful for tyramide signal amplification (TSA) . Furthermore, 6-AF488 tyramide can be utilized in multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) experiments.
