This compound demonstrates significant anti-colorectal cancer cell proliferation activity (IC50: 18.26 ?M) . It induces pyroptosis by activating the caspase-1-mediated classical pyroptosis pathway. c9, t11, c15-CLNA can be utilized in colorectal cancer research.
