PDE4-IN-17 (compound 4e) is a potent PDE4 inhibitor. It effectively inhibits PDE4B and PDE4D with IC50 values of 10.0 nM and 15.2 nM, respectively. In SD rats, PDE4-IN-17 demonstrates good oral bioavailability (F=66%) and a relatively long half-life (t1/2=2.0 h) .
