KOR agonist 2

KOR agonist 2 (Compound 23p) is an agonist of the ? opioid receptor (?opioid receptor, KOR) with a Ki of 1.9 nM. In murine models, KOR agonist 2 demonstrates analgesic effects with an ED50 of 1.30 mg/kg. It exhibits high clearance in mice when administered intravenously at 2 mg/kg and shows high metabolism and clearance in liver microsomes.
