HDAC6-IN-47

HDAC6-IN-47 (Compound S-29b) is an HDAC inhibitor with high affinity for HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, HDAC6, HDAC8, and HDAC10, with Ki values of 60, 56, 162, 0.44, 362, and 849 nM, respectively. It induces hyperacetylation of tubulin in MV4-11 cells and inhibits their proliferation with an EC50 of 0.50 μM. HDAC6-IN-47 is applicable in leukemia research.
