2'-RIBOTAC-U is an RNA-targeting chimera (RIBOTAC) that acts as an inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 replication. RIBOTACs recruit cellular RNase to specific RNA targets, resulting in the degradation of these RNA molecules.
