Bioactivity
Anticanceragent 201 (Compound 2f) exhibits IC50 values in the low micromolar range across various tumor cell lines. It demonstrates high in vitro cytotoxicity against CCRF-CEM cells by inducing apoptosis through the activation of caspase-3 in the mitochondrial intrinsic pathway, cleavage of PARP, and reduced expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL proteins.
