PROTACBTK Degrader-9 (compound 23) is a potent PROTACs degrader that specifically targets BTK. It effectively downregulates the RANKL-activated BTK-PLC?2-Ca2+-NFATc1 signaling pathway. Consequently, PROTACBTK Degrader-9 inhibits osteoclastogenesis and reduces alveolar bone resorption in a mouse model of periodontitis.
