MS8847 is a potent EZH2PROTAC degrader that recruits the E3 ligase von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) . It degrades EZH2 efficiently through a ubiquitin-proteasome system-dependent mechanism. MS8847 effectively inhibits the growth of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells.
