Metallo-?-lactamase-IN-12 is a dual inhibitor targeting Metallo-?-lactamase [M?Ls (NDM-1, IMP-1) ] and Serine ?-lactamase [S?Ls (OXA-48, KPC-2) ], displaying IC50 values of 0.64 ?M, 1.32 ?M, 1.01 ?M, and 0.57 ?M respectively. Metallo-?-lactamase-IN-12 also exhibits antibacterial activity.
