Lenalidomide 4'-PEG1-azide (Compound 4g) is an azide derivative of lenalidomide. This compound includes a cereblon ligand and a linker. It functions as a click chemistry reagent, featuring an azide group that can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with molecules containing alkyne groups, and also participates in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
