Biotin-PEG-azide (MW 600) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker suitable for synthesizing PROTACs. It features an azide group that participates in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can undergo strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
